All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Prices and availability can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a price was shown in obvious error, we will contact you and you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone or message. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if stock runs out or details can't be verified) and will refund any payment in full.

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received. Coupons apply only as described, cannot be exchanged for cash and one coupon is allowed per order.

We work hard to show accurate descriptions, specifications and photos. Product images are for illustration and packaging may differ. Manufacturer specifications can change without notice.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Reviews must be honest and about the product; we may decline reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal information.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
