- Delivery details you enter: name, phone number, address, city and emirate.
- Order information: products, prices, payment method and order history.
- Reviews and return requests you choose to submit.
- Your cart, wishlist and compare list (stored on your device, and in your account when signed in).
2. How we use it
To process and deliver orders, contact you about your order, handle returns and warranty claims, keep your account secure, and — only if you subscribe — send offers by email. We never sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with partners needed to serve you: delivery couriers (name, phone, address), payment providers and service centres for warranty repairs. They may use it only for that purpose.
4. Keeping it safe
Your data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised staff. Your password is managed by Google — we never see it.
5. Your choices
You can update your delivery details anytime in My Account. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, contact us. We keep order records as required by UAE tax law.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
